I don’t know about you guys, but a good playlist can change the entire vibe of my workout session.
There’s nothing worse than feeling hype about a workout class, only to have your mood killed by the terrible music selection. In fact, as a fitness trainer I spend just about the same amount of time curating playlists as I do programming the actual workouts.
